Skill Level = beginner/easy

Supplies

Medium Worsted weight yarn

H 5.00 mm crochet hook

Yarn Needle

Scissors

Optional - 1" pin or clasp of your choice & Fray Check for yarn ends.

Abbreviations

DC = double crochet

TC = Tripple crochet

Sl st = Slip stitch

Ch = chain

*NOTE - do not cut off ends until project is complete.

1 - make a magic ring/circle - you may also CH 4, sl st into first ch and complete steps 2 - 9 inside the circle of the chain 4.

* NOTE - crochet your yarn tail around so that you can close the circle when finished

- DO NOT cut off your yarn ends until completely finished.

2 - 1 DC into ring

3 - 5 TC into ring

4 - 4 DC into ring

5 - ch 2 - sl st into the top 2 loops of the previous ch

6 - 4 DC into ring

7 - 5 TC into ring

8 - 1 DC into ring

9 - sl st to join into ring

10 - pull your 1st end to close the center of teh heart

11 - sew the 1st end around the back of the circle to close the hole

tighter.

12 - tie the 2 ends together twice

13 - optional sew on clasp and use fray check to secure yarn ends.
